Therapist question
Post Body

I’m pretty new to therapy, so I’m not sure what’s normal and what’s not. I’ve been seeing my therapist since February. I had to reschedule an appointment with her, and it’s been a bit difficult (this is my first time ever rescheduling). She sent me an email on the 12th of this month with the times she has available. I responded on the 14th with my two time preferences like she requested, and she hasn’t responded back…and it’s already past the times I’ve selected. I understand that she could be very busy with other clients and stuff, but I’m not really sure what to do. I don’t want to come off pushy or something by sending another email, or in case maybe she’s dealing with personal or family stuff. She’s a really good therapist and a kind person, and it just seems odd. Maybe I’m overthinking this, but I’d appreciate any advice.
