I’m finding that I’m having a hard time feeling any kind of emotion lately, it made having a relationship hard so my last few just fell out and when I do feel emotion it’s mostly sadness. Do I need to see a therapist? I feel like I wouldn’t be able to tell them what the problem is because I don’t really have a huge reason to feel this way; I’ve always felt less emotional, less in touch with my feelings and generally unhappy. Idk it’s hard to explain how I feel because it’s just how I’ve always felt to a degree.
