Not Trusting Myself

I am going through a few big life changing decisions atm and my therapist said to me that it sounds like I dont really trust myself or my ability to make these decisions. Its really stuck with me but she's didn't expand on it or give me any ideas as to how to build that trust withing myself. Not really sure where to go from here as I feel like acknowledging the lack of trust has made it worse in some ways
