I have been seeing and paying a therapist for about a month now, and really appreciate her and the way in which she is helping me. However I sometimes feel like I'd appreciate speaking to her more than once per week, but cant afford that.
However, as a university student there is a free service through which you can receive some counselling. I wasnt sure if there is any point/positives to me using both services or will I end up just saying the same things to 2 people and potentially confusing myself with doing the things that they both recommend for me.
