A dear friend of mine pointed this out. Any time something bad happens without really thinking about it I buy multiple of that item. Some examples when I was 13 I had my bicycle stolen. Over the fallowing 2 or so years I ended up buying 7 different unique bikes, or more recently I had a fire about a year ago now and among the items lost were 2 arcade machines, 3 slot machines, 3 antique coke machines,5 previous mentioned bicycles, and a load of car parts. In the past 12 months I’ve bought 5 arcade machines, 8 coke machines 4 slots and an ungodly amount of bikes and car parts. I’m not seeking these items out. If I see something online or at an estate sale I buy it. Is there something wrong with me?
