How has your therapist helped you lately?

I feel like I got really lucky matching with my first therapist and clicking right away. She always validates me but isnāt afraid to suggest I do different things.
This week, I thought it was woo woo nonsense but she suggested I put positive affirmations on the mirror and look at myself. I rolled my eyes mentally and thought āwhat nonsenseā but I pay so much for therapy I might as well try.
It actually helps. Iām in such a better mood. I cannot wait to tell her.
