Basically it said stop telling people no one will love them until they love themselves, stop planting the idea in people’s brain’s they don’t deserve love because of their own struggle.

“But uhm even therapists say this we can't love others until we love ourselves otherwise we keep looking for stuff to make us full. We keep looking for someone to love us and we seek constant reassurance because we don't love ourselves and don't see how anyone else can either. What is right and what's ok what's not ok? What does your mental health status have to be before getting into a relationship?”
