Everyone suggests therapy to me, but ive actually already been to therapy.

So I went to therapy for a bit, I did not really enjoy it. Not to say my therapist sucked or was mean she was great. Its just the actual techniques that I did not find very useful. We tried journaling and some cognitive behavioral stuff. But I basically find it impossible to talk about anything positive. I would sit there for an hour at night thinking about what i enjoyed out of my day and it was always nothing. I was also dealing with some terrible hypersomnia which was ruining my days as well. Well anyway everyone says i should go back, but i dont think it will change at all and some people seem to think that therapy is this catch-all that will solve my problems. Talking about my issues has pretty much never helped me at all, usually just alienates people when they realize how down I really am.
