I’m a MW who recently started a sexual affair because some of my sexual needs aren't being met at home. I've had a few other affairs previously, but they just didn't work out. I’m currently seeing a single OM with whom I have great sexual chemistry, aligned preferences in the bedroom, and everything is SO GOOD so far from my end - though I'm not sure from his.

Here’s my problem: I find it difficult to keep this affair afloat. I’m confused about how to set up the dynamics between us, and I’m unsure because we’re only in it for the sex. I’ve tried hard to avoid all personal questions over text, so we’ve ended up only texting about our next hookup. I was advised by a man to not make the first move to keep things interesting with him. I want something more from this but don't want anything that could mistakenly lead to “romance.”

To be transparent, my initial intention with this affair was to have a master outside my marriage and a husband. But now, I’m not sure how to maintain this affair.

If anyone has experience with this kind of arrangement, I’d like to get some insight and advice. For example, how do I keep it interesting with him? How do I convey that I want more sex without sounding too needy?
