Proposal Submitted by the Jacks Each Member shall take responsibility of pearls within their land / cities and be reachable diplomatically in regards to the pearls. They shall be stored with the ability for officials to access the pearls be it via a newly created location or an already established and elected location. I'd like to discuss permanent imprisonment. It could be grouped in with the state run jail system I suppose. I personally am against permanent imprisonment, and want to see what others feelings are on this issue..

Concern Raised about this by a private party: Majority of members the forum are not actually actively hunting down griefers etc. Should this even be debated in this forum?
