Cannot access inventory with gamepad after latest update?

So I use an Xbox gamepad to play TLD. After the newest update, I found that I could not access the inventory radial menu using the gamepad (left bumper on Xbox) - the radial menu flickers and then immediately disappears. Has anyone else been having this issue?
