Has anyone heard about that wilderness therapy place where that teenager died?

Just now hearing about this. I'm starting to feel salty. Do you think someone actually died? I think it's a false flag planted by big city therapy trying to make the mountain wilderness folks look backwards and dated. I dunno man. I'm skeptical.
