Heavies just straight up do too much damage. I thought Light was supposed to be the glass cannon? Heavy is just a straight ICBM missile. RPG does 150. Each C4 does however much it does, which is a fucking lot. Then they have the charge and slam, which besides the fact they have way too much control over, does another 130. Heavy can do enough damage to wipe a whole team without ever shooting their gun. That's just kinda crazy.
C4 should be given to the Lights and Breach charges should be given to Heavies. Make the C4 do much less destruction while keeping the damage the same, while the breach charge does little damage but a lot of destruction. The RPG should have two versions. One for HE and another for Fragmentation, maybe even flame/gas/smoke versions just for variety. The RPG right now does not only very high damage but also a ton of destruction. It should be one or the other. Charge and slam should heavily limit your horizontal movement. Getting behind a heavy and juking them while they're charging at you should be the counter, but as it stands right now, he'll just do a 180 and hit you anyways. That, or reduce the damage while adding more knockback could be another solution.
