Can’t find DLC outfits to claim from Rewards Vendor at Base of Operations

I purchased DLC outfits from the Uplay Store but I can’t find them to be claimed in game from the vendor. When I interact with him, there are no items available to claim, but there is a glowing yellow exclamation mark next to his name meaning that there must be something there to claim.
Am I missing something here? I tried restarting the game and also logging in and out of Uplay but nothing worked.
