Has anyone had any issues with rendering or loading since the last update/patch. For about the last three four days i log in and after I select my character it loads to 9% and sits there for over 4 mins and then just pops me in game. Once im actually in ill be doing missions and run into an area and all the sudden get a little spinning circle in bottom right screen, and it wont let me run or interact with anything and the cars and stuff dont load in all the way. sometimes my shield or even the enemies dont load and im being shot by thin air. Ive even tried turning settings down from high to med and even low but it still does it. Its only this game and only since last patch on the 15th.
