With targeted loot Providence and the clear time around 5 minutes with all directives on Heroic, it's a great spot to increase SHD and obtain a strong DPS build. The travel distance from safe house to CP is short too so you don't have to deal with 4 groups of molotov cocktails. Quick way to comeback from the rollback.
