Questions about TP+Pestilence build.

I'm working on making a TP Pestilence build but am unsure of how I should roll stats.
I'm guessing Coyote's Mask and Contractor's Gloves are the go to pieces but do I roll full armor main stat for the 4 pieces or put weapon dmg on some?
Also, do I use repair drone and mod for repair on blue mod slots or resistances?
