Advice for moving forward

So I have reached level 30 and my primary dps (lightweight m4) has 46,387 dps and my secondary vector 45 ACP has 37,178. I have 45,107 health, and 15,715 skill power. I have 0 dz funds and 225,941 credits what should I do now? I am a solo player (as my friends are lower levels than me)
