Where can I find a good/best solo pve build?

Hey looking for an all round solo pve build with good dmg and survivability to run higher level content.
I have some basic dps build atm but I just die a lot and need some more regen, armour etc
A lot of the videos I see on youtube are many years old, so not too sure what is best these days or what to follow
