The game was running so smoothly up until a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea what's changed.

The game will hitch every 45 seconds or less, it's really jarring and if it happens at the wrong time I'm dead.

It happens even on low settings.

When I look in afterburner, the spikes coincide with a drop in GPU power draw.

CPU and GPU temperatures well in the safe zone.

I've tried several Nvidia drivers.

I've deleted the graphics setting file and shader caches.

Tried dx11 and 12. HDR on and off, windowed and full screen. Disabling the second monitor entirely.

Setting anti cheat to 1 cpu core.

Division 2 is the only game that does this.

It's driving me nuts.
