What if Trump dies?

Now I wanna say this isn't a call for violence or anything like that. But what if he does die tomorrow of massive heart failure...or has a brain tumor that takes him out.
Does JD Vance just take over as the top of the ticket or do they hold an emergency convention? And if that happens I assume the MAGA movement would just die right there? I mean it was tied to Trump. No Trump, no Maga, right? If this scenario were to happen would it absolutely crush the Republicans or save them?
