So 109 is the number that the greed machine gets stuck at, for those who dont know. People are having trouble figuring out what it means but I have a theory and I want to know what people think. It is based on two tweets by edmund mcmillen relating to the number.
In the first tweet here , someone asks what 109 means and Edmund says it means we should slow down. In the second tweet here Edmund says 109 seconds in minutes. That got me thinking about the monstro before greed. What if you are supposed to slow down and wait 109 seconds before fighting monstro. I am probably wrong but I just want to know what you guys think.
