Hello, I have a consistently inconsistent problem. For some reason whenever I open up the game there is like a 50% chance that whatever controller I'm using (xbox 1 or 8bitdo pro2) Will register itself as a controller twice. It will appear in the settings under controls as both Bluetooth xinput something as well as xinput something.

This is especially a problem when I'm trying to play multiplayer as whoever is player two will end up controlling two people at once until we just close the game and open it enough times that it stops happening. There is also some times that it makes me use two bombs at a time if I'm playing single player.

How do I de-register a controller from showing up in the control section without disabling my entire physical controller from connecting

Edit: I'm not experienced with PC gaming stuff but I assume that it has something to do with my controller being picked up by my computer and by steam independently
