That is a great explanation. And honestly, the VH dysfunction makes me grateful for what we DO get from The Beach Boys. The fact that a Different Kind of Truth (a solid album) isn’t available at all on streaming is completely absurd.
Probably the most fan unfriendly band ever.
That is kinda perfect, though Brian is obviously way more likable than Eddie. Where does Alex fit in?
I love Al (Jardine, not Van Halen), but wouldn’t he statistically be the weakest creative force in the band?
Bruce (especially outside of the boys) is pretty accomplished and Mike (despite the notable handicap of being a douche) has written or contributed to a ton of absolute classics still being played today. And a fair amount of the more artistic, non hit stuff too.
