Late example of Brian's falsetto?
Post Body

Was watching the Beach Boys' 1981 episode of 20/20 (in which they didn't even mention the album of the same name, criminal negligence)

This part where they go through the harmonies of Their Hearts Were Full Of Spring surprised me, as it sounds like Brian is singing it remarkably similarly to how he'd done it in the 60s, albeit a little bit rougher but still sounding much more like himself than he seemed to have since the 70s. I thought it might have been Bruce doing his part but it really seems like he's singing like himself here, maybe the latest example I've seen of him using this voice.

The Like In I Love You from Brian’s Gershwin album has some falsettos/vocals that sound pretty damn close to how one would expect an aged 1964 Brian (who decided to maintain his voice) to sound.

It’s pretty incredible we got that in 2011.
