Yeah because leading an angry crowd to the capital and riling them up with rhetoric like, "You need to fight like hell for your country, because if you don't you won't have a country anymore." And then leaving that angry crowd alone for hours to wreak havock on the capital on his behalf was totally legal and by the book. Everyone is familiar with the legal process of: setting up a gallows outside of the capital building and storming the capital in an attempt to force the vice president to refuse to certify an election. It happens all the time
