I'm about to go out of my mind. I've tried following different steps but I can't find a solution. Hopefully someone here can help me.

Problem: Streaming any games or opening Steam gives me the error message "Cannot connect to PC".

Thing is, it used to work. It all of a sudden decided not to work right one day. This had happened a few days after purchasing it. I got frustrated and put it away and recently picked it up again hoping new updates would fix the problem. It decided to work again after updating Shield and Geforce Experience, but only for a day.

Things tried:
-Reinstalled Geforce Experience
-Reinstalled drivers
-Tried a different graphics card
-Factory Reset Shield
-Port Forwarding the proper ports
-Used "Forget devices" in GFX and reconnecting

Someone help. =(
