So I guess I’m done with the game?

The game gets stuck on the loading screen when starting the game, and the icon stops moving.
I’m not good with computers and I read you wipe your PC, and that sounds wild.
Someone said run steam in administrator mode and I tried and no luck.
I tried reinstalling the game and no luck.
I’ve reset my computer 10 times with each attempt
Edit: Solved. Needed to update drivers. That worked.
Edit 2: Worked for a little bit
