New to this amazing toy, can someone explain

I don't understand how to get 'local videos' working. There are a bunch of links to download funscripts for videos, but no way to get the video from the source to my computer locally so I can upload it. Also any recomendations for longer sleeves would be appreciated. I have like 9 inches and somehow, for once in my life, that's not ideal. :)
