Only funscripts?

I want to make a gane for the handy. How do i get the game to move the handy? Is it with funscripts or can I use code like java etc, to move the handy?
Or can i get xtoys to contol it? My game ?
Im trying to make a joi game that an ai bot learns what u like, your mood, your timescale and how to get you off the way you like it... If anyone wants to help etc or give advice i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
