Who drove the Cutlass Calais?

Starting in Season 2, there are a number of episodes where an Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais is seen pulling up the driveway, and in Season 3, episode 1 it's seen parked with the door open because Daisy is packing it. In several episodes, it's implied that Rose is the one who was driving it because she immediately comes into the house in the next scene, but then there are a couple episodes where Dorothy or Dorothy and Blanche come in after it's shown pulling up.
