Opiates or benzos are nothing but drowsiness but they're also not halucinogenic. Weed can be a mild hallucinogen and induce drowsiness or stimulus depending on the strain (and how the individual reacts to it- heavy users will never tell you this, but they are heavy users because they react positively to whatever their desired effect is)
