Thanatophobia after Covid
Post Body

I had Covid in October and developed double pneumonia. I went to the ER and this nurse told me they were worried I may have a blood clot in my lung, I then laid in the waiting room 8hrs terrified this clot would end my life. I finally was seen and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I never felt right after Covid and in December I had very bad anxiety and started having intense panic attacks every time I thought of death. I am now medicated for my panic attacks but I can’t STOP thinking about dying and how scary ceasing to exist sounds to me.
