Anyone having problems with identity verification on PayPal?

Since PayPal launched in Thailand, I decided to register for it. When I got to the identity verification part, it says to verify in our bank app, come back and refresh the page. But I’ve been trying this for days and it hasn’t worked. Are there anyone who are successful or know the fix to this? (Thai below)

มีใครมีปัญหาเรื่องยืนยันตัวตนใน PayPal มั้ยคับ เห็นว่า PayPal เข้าไทยแล้ว ลองสมัครดู พอถึงขั้นยืนยันตัวตน มันบอกให้ยืนยันในแอปธนาคารของเราภายใน 60 นาที, กลับมาและ refresh หน้า แต่ผมทำมาหลายวันแล้วไม่ได้สักที มีใครทำได้มั้ยคับ
