Played a 2fort match where our team tried to kick a human cheater for 30 minutes until everyone left. It would say "You can not currently call a vote to kick this player" or something along the lines of this. No, I am not F2P, I have >6k hours on TF2. We were not spamming votekicks or anything like that and I have never seen this message before.

No one on my team was able to kick him, and we would all get the same message. He also had a Searing Plasma Patriot Peak so go figure. I guess it's a cheater's game now, let's pack it up.
