I Know The bot problem and new players not being able to chat but i may have provided a solution

Look we all know the sniper aim and spam bots
but lets just say if you get a certain number of kills in a game lets say 35 or so, that you cant chat at all or
just put a filter on it and put a chat cooldown.
Its that simple valve
Just do us a favor and do it
