Heavy should be able to use the Spy's sapper

Guys I think the Heavy should be able to use the Spy’s revolver as a secondary. Now while you might think that the fat Russian would not be able to use such a elegant weapon, he is actually a master of it. Picture this scenario: Heavy is running around and shooting at people when he suddenly runs into a Sentry at point-blank range. And just when Heavy's about to give up because he has no way to kill things at close range, he remembers he has a sapper. And he tries to put it on the Sentry but he has 1 HP because he has no Sandvich and he gets shot and dies of lead poisoning. Anyways that's my idea thx
