We need to spread the word about how alive enemies can't see your dead chat if we want it to change

After 3000 hours I just recently learned this. 90% of players think that the message they type to enemy players after they die is getting through to them when it's not. For a lot of people that's the only time they chat because otherwise they're occupied playing the game. It makes no sense for alive enemies to not see your chat and this can't be a difficult thing to fix.

I've been trying to spread the word in valve servers but most people don't believe me. The usual response I get is "ur retarded", which I guess is to be expected with this community.
