If you're participating in the operation, you might notice:

• You need 3000 points to get the highest level coin (gold). This is mentioned in the Operation FAQ
• There are 12 weeks in the operation (July 2 - September 30)
• You get 2 contracts per week for a total of 24 contracts.
• Each contract is worth 100 points.
• Each contract has 30 bonus points you can do.

12 weeks * 2 contracts per week * 100 points = 2400 points without doing the bonus points.

That leaves 600 points that you MUST earn by completing bonus parts of contracts before turning them in.

600 points / 30 points per contract = 20 contracts... out of 24 contracts available.

Edit: As enderman pointed out: July 2 - September 30 is 13 weeks, not 12

Which means it's not 20 contracts.

The corrected math is:

13 weeks * 2 contracts per week * 100 points = 2600 points without doing the bonus points.

That leaves 400 points that you MUST earn by completing bonus parts of contracts before turning them in.

400 points / 30 points per contract = 13 contracts out of 24 contracts available.

So, the situation isn't as dire as it originally seemed.
