How can I swap my tezos?

I have 75 Tezos in my ledger. I would like to swap them for something else as such as WETH. My problem is that the ledger software does not let you swap Tezos, and it is not an EVM-token so I cannot use Metamask with my ledger to swap it. The only way I can think to get around this is to either sell it on my ledger or move it to an exchange like coinbase to swap/sell. I would rather keep these assets in the crypto world and not have to pay taxes just to swap them for something else. Thank you in advance for any help!
