Unable to access wallet, then wallet is different?

Hi all,

has anyone experienced something like this:

You try to access your wallet via wallet.tezbox.com
Your password seems to not work
You restore your wallet with your seed phrase
Wallet is restored, yay! However, you get a different address and all the funds are gone

Additionally, I delegated some tezzies a long time ago but somehow, they were never delegated and were instead, transferred.
