Trials, recurring, with half of the time in the world — nothing good will ever be.
I prefer to converse with a heterosexual male my age (40 to 44) who reads literature and likes to discuss serious existential matters or books or TV shows or stray cats or Matchbox Twenty. A poet should be compatible.
If you would bother to track my previous posts, you could see how … humorless I sound. And truly I am. Most Internet users I saw were too light/frivolous for my taste. How can middle-aged people still sound that positive? Are certain humans really exceptionally lucky, or is this all some makeshift facade to be like everyone else?
You can email me an insightful description of who you are. To comply with the "textfriends" setting, perhaps we can use some outdated impractical messenger program (the one giving instant alerts on my phone will be Google chat — most likely unknown to the rest of the funny world).
What I won't appreciate is to be someone's diversion when he's bored with whomever he's with. That's degrading.
Thank you.
