I can’t find a solid answer and have researched it. A while back there was a bill passed in regards to eliminating water breaks for construction workers. What is the point of this law. The threads that I have found do not really give a concrete answer. They just go back and forth Democrat vs Republican govt,or spelling grammar, or going off something random. I’m just really curious on what is goal and who benefits from this law? Please explain like I am a kid. Thank you
