North Padre National Seashore: Springbreak Edition

Post Body

Hey guys! We were thinking about going camping for Spring Break, but put off scheduling too long. The state parks we prefer are all sold out, so we thought maybe we could go to North Padre, specifically not South, for the next week or two.

We've gone quite a few times, but always on 'off-season' or non-busy times; we prefer to find a place twenty or thirty miles down the beach and camp away from the crowds.

Is it even possible to avoid the crowds during Spring Break? Or is it going to be packed regardless of how far we go? We're taking a beach toy, so we can make it to the end if need be. We just want to relax and avoid the crowds, but we're thinking it might be better to just go after Spring Break.

Thanks for any feedback!
