Post Body

I am a member of the Fort Worth Astronomical Society, and a part of the Eclipse Ambassador program. We are working on education and planning for the two eclipses coming up in Texas.

I am planning on going down to the Vanderpool or Hondo area in October, somewhere near the centerline, but am open to almost anything along the line. I plan on doing photography, as well as a live YouTube broadcast. I am working with the Hill Country club on finding some locations, but I wanted to reach out here as well.

We will probably have several members from Fort Worth heading down in October, looking for places to set up telescopes and cameras. If anyone has a location near the centerline, one with power and fast internet I could use (30 Mbps is plenty to stream at 4K), I would appreciate the help.
