Hello everyone! I was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer in my right testicle, and it hasn't seemed to spread. I'm scheduled for surgery on the 19th of this month to get it removed and make sure it hasn't spread at all. I haven't been able to find out anything about this, but am I able to have sex or ejaculate at all while I'm waiting for surgery? Does ejaculation increase the risk of spreading it at all?
