Hey guys. Tomorrow Mark's 6 weeks since my orchiectomy. While my recovery has gone very smooth physically, mentally I'm a bit of a wreck.
I have a history of depression and anxiety. I've never had to take anything for it and have spoken to counsellors several times. I was doing okay before my surgery.
Recently though my emotions are all over the place. I find I'm irritable and easily angered, I feel hopeless more often than not. I break down crying multiple times a day with seemingly no triggers. I just dont know what to think.
Has anyone else gone through something similar since their surgery?
