What foods helped you during chemo?

Hey everybody! 21 Denver here.

Just finished my third round of chemo yesterday (EP). Had a few symptoms the last two rounds and it wasn’t as iffy (mentioned in other post I’ve made). Last two rounds, I ate a lot of things from pizza to fruits to toast, and I was okay. After this third round, my body seems to be rejecting everything I eat. Doctors told me my immune system is low and to just be careful with cooked meats, washing fruits/veggies, and stay away from large crowds. As I have been following those instructions fully, my body can’t handle anything. I usually burp the food out like my son, this usually happens two or three days after a round is done. This time is really different. And all my doctors are doing is upping me on meds left and right. I know most people here aren’t doctors, but I’d like some advice on what foods I should eat at the expense of just feeling okay, for me and others with this problem.

What foods helped you the most throughout chemo? How often did you eat? Any juices or liquids (besides water) help? Any activities helped? …. Thanks everybody.
