NOTHING IN THIS POST IS MEDICAL ADVISE. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL
Hi all, I'm a long term lurker on this page following my diagnosis with TC in 2021 and subsequent robotic RPLND as primary treatment.
The reason for dropping by today is to share with you the schedule for which I took pseudoephedrine as part of a clinical trial into retrograde ejaculation.
My retrograde ejaculation was a side effect of my RPLND. I have continued to ejaculate absolutely no fluid since my surgery - other than during the clinical trial. The trial was conducted approximately 1 year following my surgery, in 2022 (sorry it's taken this long to post about it).
I've attached the picture which has the schedule and quantity of pseudoephedrine required for ejaculation. Obviously just ignore the October dates. Note that the final dose of pseudoephedrine was required approximately 30 minutes prior to ejaculation.
Just because this worked for me doesn't mean that it will work for you, however I figured it is worth sharing. Again, none of this should be taken as medical advice and you should talk to a healthcare professional, doctor, etc, prior to following the schedule. Pseudoephedrine is generally a prescription drug and may interfere with other medications.
Anyway, posted is the schedule!
Cheers.
