I wish there were better options when it comes to prosthetics 😩. Nearly everyone I’ve talked to who has had one says they are uncomfortable and kind of a hassle. Do you ever think there will be advancements in the testicular implants realm? I feel like in the last twenty years there have been great advancements towards breast implants for breast cancer patients.

I’ve had TC twice so there are no balls down there, and forgive me for oversharing but I’m kinda a slutty gay boy, or at least want to be, but the insecurity around taking my pants off to have sex plagues me and prevents me from fully diving into my slutty tendencies. I just want to feel sexy and confident but fear the prosthetics will only make things worse 😪 it’s another surgery, so more scar tissue, and I’m worried they won’t look or feel natural. But I honestly have dysphoria when I look at my package. I just wish there were better, and safer options out there.
